Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Potomac, Maryland and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   Yes, there is only one condo project with a Potomac, MD address and it is called Park Potomac. It is a luxury high rise complex that eventually will encompass six condo buildings. One is completed and 98% occupied although I have 2 units available that were never occupied. The second building is under construction and over 30% sold with occupancy to begin this June.
